Clients remain fully clothed during their chair massage, simply removing restrictive accessories or jewelry if needed. Clients can also choose to remove top layers such as sweaters and suit jackets if there is another comfortable layer of clothing available underneath. Our massage therapists do not use any lotions or oils during the chair massage so clients will be able to return to their usual activities without having to freshen up after the treatment.
Typically massages last 10-15 minutes per individual, so that 4-5 sessions can be completed per hour. This way you can increase the number of participants you can reach and impact, while still allowing for enough time for them to enjoy the health benefits of massage therapy.
In order to set up chair massage at an event we only require a small space and it does not need to be in a private area since the clients remain fully clothed. Ideally a 5×5 foot space to set up one massage chair, because it gives our therapists some space to move around the chair to treat the client. Other good options if a semi-private area is preferred or simply available include meeting rooms, extra office spaces, or conference rooms.

Our regular hourly rate is $100+HST per hour/RMT, plus any mandatory parking fees if free parking is not available for the RMT. We require a minimum booking of 4 hours and the company/organizer is invoiced and billed hourly. There is a non-refundable deposit (Which goes towards the hourly rate) due upon booking the event. Except for in the case of a cancellation within the required 5 business days prior to the event. Payments can be made via cash or email transfer.
Yes and yes! All our therapists are registered massage therapists who have obtained 2200 hour diplomas, are in good standing with the massage therapy associations in Nova Scotia and are fully insured to offer therapeutic on-site chair massage.
We require a 5 business day written cancellation/modification notice prior to the event in order to offer a full refund, or a 3 business day notice for a 50% refund.
